Summary
Paracelsus Recovery is a luxurious rehab center, offering world-class addiction and mental health services to their clients. After struggling with ineffective social media management, they reached out to Tactica's growth marketing experts to address the issue.
Goal
The main goal of the project was to create an effective social media strategy to promote Paracelsus' services while maintaining high levels of privacy and discretion for their clientele.
Challenge
The challenge that Paracelsus faced before joining us was:
• Finding a way to balance promoting their services without compromising their clients’ privacy;
• Identifying social media strategies that could help them effectively target ultra-high-net-worth individuals;
• Maximizing the reach of their messaging in order to attract new clients;
• Growing brand awareness while staying within the strict guidelines of being a healthcare provider.
Strategy
Tactica devised a customized social media strategy tailored specifically for Paracelsus that addressed all three of these challenges. We created high quality content (copy, static design, animated design and video) based around topics relevant to potential clients and started targeted campaigns on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as optimizing their existing website content for socials.
As part of our ongoing efforts, we monitored analytics closely in order to track success metrics, ran A/B testing experiments where appropriate and provided regular reports detailing our progress throughout the entire process.
Additionally, we worked closely with Paracelsus staff in order to ensure that all messaging adhered strictly to regulations set by governing bodies regarding healthcare providers’ ethical use of digital marketing techniques.
