Position Title:Administration and HR Assistant

 

Job Description

We are looking to employ an Administration and HR Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An Administration anf HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintenance of the office cash register, and cash register expenses.
  • Recording invoices, and preparing documents for the finance team
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation, and sick leaves)
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative and HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
